That night Rapunzel left her bed chamber, she wanted to find that talking wolf. She had her own list of questions for the creature. She found a sleepy prision gate guard and thought to ask him "Sir,"
He blinked and stood striaght "Yes your Highness?"
"Where are you keeping the talking wolf?"
His face paled "Why do you ask my lady?"
Rapunzel didn't want to tell him, so she tried somethign else "Do you question the motives of the King and Queens daughter?"
"No my lady," he said quickly "The wolf is just down this hall, you will find her she's the only one down there."
"Thank you," She repiled as she turned down into the darkness,
"Here," he called after her and handed her a spare torch "It's mighty dark down there your highness,"
She smiled and took the torch and made her way deep into the castels grounds.
At long last she found a single prision cell. It was dark, the guard had been right. Rapunzel held her torch out peering into the darkness but couldnt see the animal "He-hello?"
There was nothing but silence to answer her.
A dark feeling crept over Rapunzel, she suddenly wished that she had brought Eugune with her.
There was a flash of silver and teeth as the wolf collided with the iron bars of it's cell with a nightmareish snarl.
Rapunzel was to suprised and frightened to even scream, all that came out was a strangled gasp as she jumped backward away from the cage.
When Rapunzel caught her breath she focused on the animal.
The wolf's breathing was heavy, it's eyes were wild, burning like the fire in Rapunzel's hand. Those yellow eyes were full of malice and anger.
But Rapunzel didn't see hate, she saw frustration, a longing for freedom, a fighting spirit in those golden eyes.
"You don't want to hurt anyone do you?" Rapunzel whispered almost to herself.
The wolf's snarl dropped slowly but it growled at her still. It turned away but stopped to look back at Rapunzel, "What...Do you want with me?" it asked
Rapunzel studied the wolf as it stared up at her with a bitter expression.
Something told Rapunzel to sit, to be on the same level with the animal, so she sat. "What is your name?" Rapunzel asked
The wolf snorted "Why do you care?"
"I was once called Sibera," the wolf hissed "Though I don't know if I should still use that name."
Rapunzel tipped here head curious, "Why?"
The wolf snarled turning it's face away from her "What is it to you?" she whispered then she locked her eyes with Rapunzels trapping the girl in a the gaze of a predator "What do I need to do to get out of here?" the wolf demanded
Rapunzel didn't have an answer. "I don't even know why your here."
